Another review from another very happy customer. We saved this customer at least $50,000 in repairs that would have been needed after purchasing the RV. The dealership did not want us to get on the roof, but in the end they had no choice as the customer clearly let the dealership know that we would need access to the roof. Lemon Squad would have missed what we found, because they don’t perform a thorough inspection like we do. Remember always use a company that is certified specifically for RV inspections through the NRVIA.![]()

I hired Jason to inspect a 2014 Newmar King Aire that from the outside appeared to be a very nice unit. All I can say is thank you for pushing the dealership on allowing you to access the roof and finding that all 6 solar panels were full of water and destroyed. After that you removed the drawers in the bedroom and could then see that water had gotten inside the coach with further inspection you found the ceiling and floor of the slide out had severe water damage and would need to be removed and replaced. All in all Jason saved myself and my wife a considerable amount of money and who knows how many days or months of not being able to use the coach. I have found another coach in CO and have had a NRVIA inspector inspect the coach and will be going out next week to purchase it. I would strongly suggest the use of a certified inspector before the purchase of any new/used RV.![]()

We purchased our first RV, a Thor Delano, and soon realized we needed a professional to help us look her over. Jason went over our unit from top to bottom, nose to bumper and identified dozens of things, both significant and cosmetic, in need of repair (and also gave us hints and tips along the way). After three months of our unit being back at the dealership, getting most of the repairs done under warranty coverage, our only regret is that we didn’t think to get the coach inspected before we purchased it. Many fellow RV owners advised us to "just use it" and identify what needed to be fixed that way. If you’re willing to have a vacation ruined because of something you didn’t know didn’t work until you’re dependent on it, maybe that’s good advice for you but that’s not for us. Plus, he saw things that needed attention that we didn’t even know to look for and wouldn’t have known until significant damage was done (for example, the manufacturer didn’t seal over several windows so mold behind the paneling would have been the first indication). The detailed listing that you are able to easily generate from the report was invaluable. With pictures, a professional description, and the option of adding additional notes, we gave that list to the dealership for the repair technicians so there was no confusion about what or where. Also, we believe the dealership and manufacturer didn’t argue about the repairs because it was a professional inspection, not just our "concern." Finally, Jason was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer our questions. Worth every penny! We’d happily give them 10 stars!![]()

We ordered a new 2024 RV straight from the factory and still decided to have Jason and Lisa perform an inspection prior to us taking delivery. You would think that something coming out of the factory Q/A process and dealership PDI wouldn’t have any discrepancies but these units are built by humans and we all make mistakes and lose focus from time to time.![]()

I am glad we decided to have the inspection performed as Jason and Lisa found a few things that I may not have noticed if we picked it up ourselves. Nothing too bad, but we wouldn’t have known until sometime later and then would have to return the unit for warranty work.![]()

Well worth the money for the peace of mind that everything has been properly vetted. The report they provided with pictures and video was EXTREMELY thorough and was just like the one you would expect from a reputable home inspector. They even had software to pare down the list of issues from the report to a repair request to submit to the dealer so they knew exactly what needed to be fixed.![]()

I seldom write reviews, but I am for this because I had an exceptional experience that saved me from owning a lemon that I believe would have cost me thousands more in repairs later. I contacted Justin Carletti with My RV Inspection to perform an inspection on a new 2023 Tiffin Allegro Bus. Jason performed the inspection and found several significant issues, one related to potential major water intrusion into a slide wall, two separate diagnostic faults with the words “short circuit” in the text, the air tag and automatic leveling system were not functioning, and none of the solar panels on the roof were connected. There was also another 10-15 minor issues that were found. It appears the dealer did not perform a PDI. I passed on this MH, which cost me my deposit. (This is another discussion about dealer behaviors when inspections have this many major issues, as they felt that they “solved” all of the inspection issues, such as simply “clearing the faults codes” as the solution to the two “short circuit” faults and claiming that this was standard practice.)![]()
I found a second MH, a 202 Newmar Dutch Star 4369, at a separate dealer and once again asked Jason to perform the inspection. The result of this inspection was markedly different in that there were only 5 minor issues, and one issue with the diamond shield on the front of the MH was already noted and a fix was scheduled with the dealer. The remaining issues were quickly resolved the next day. When I did the walk through with the dealer on the delivery date, the dealer’s representative noted two other minor items that they wanted to fix before we left the lot. This dealer “gets it” when it comes to customer service and respecting the customer.![]()
If I decide to purchase another MH in the future, I know with absolute certainty that I will ask for Jason to be my inspector and I will purchase from the second dealer. They both have me as a lifelong customer.
